How do I book an appointment?
Book your appointment online, by phone, or via text – whichever you prefer! Please reach out if you experience any difficulty.
Do you require a deposit or have a cancellation policy?
We require a credit card on file. All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours ahead of time. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time are subject to the FULL cost of the appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and cash!
Do you offer breed-specific cuts?
Yes. Please call or text with questions or be prepared to speak with your groomer before your appointment about what you would like. Pictures aren’t required, but always help!
Do you groom pets in customer’s homes?
Never! We do all of our grooming in our state-of-the-art Wag’n Tails Mercedes Sprinter van!
Do you offer mobile grooming for cats?
We don’t currently offer such services for our feline friends, we are taking steps to offer such services in the future.

Do you use customer’s water or power?
Never! Short of an emergency, we bring everything we need with us!
Do you use crates or kennels?
Never! We do not have crates or kennels in the van, and hand blow dry all the pets we groom. No air drying in the crate!
Do you groom more than 1 pet at a time?
Never! We focus on one pet at a time. If you own more than 1 pet and book an appointment for 2 or more, we will complete the grooming process on the 1st before starting the 2nd, 3rd, etc.
Can you groom dogs and cats of any size?
We can groom all dogs! From 5lb to 150lb+, we can and have groomed them all, right in the van!
Do I need to be home during my pet’s grooming appointment?
Yes. You need to hand your pet off to our grooming staff and to take your pet back inside once the appointment is complete. You also need to be home to pay our grooming staff at the appointment’s conclusion.
How long does a grooming session take?
45 – 90 minutes depending on breed, weight, and the pet(s)’s condition.
Can I set up a recurring grooming schedule?
Yes! You can book appointments online, over a phone call or text, or with your groomer after your appointment, as far out as a full year.
Do you groom senior dogs or dogs with special needs?
Yes! In fact, making older dogs or special needs dogs comfortable is a specialty!
What if my dog has anxiety or aggression issues?
Our goal is to serve every pet. If necessary, we utilize a cone around the pet’s head. We also charge a “special handling fee” for any pets that are difficult to work with. Finally, it is the discretion of the grooming staff to say no to any pet whose behavior makes it too difficult to complete the grooming process.
Do you require proof of vaccinations?
No. All pets need to be vaccinated for rabies, but we do not ask for proof.
Is the grooming van climate-controlled?
Yes, we have both heat and air conditioning, so the inside of the van is comfortable for both our grooming staff and your pet(s)!
